For the sake of our neighbors' peace, stag and hen parties are not allowed in our guesthouse. Thank you for your understanding!

House rules

  • Guests of the guesthouse are obliged to comply with and accept the House Rules and the rules of human coexistence and civilized behavior.
  • Payment options: in cash on site.
  • Accepted currencies: Hungarian forint (Ft).
  • The accommodation is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure. Other options can be arranged flexibly by prior arrangement.
  • When leaving the accommodation, the keys must be handed over to the accommodation provider. Please inform the accommodation provider of this time in advance.
  • In case of departure before the agreed time, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
  • When leaving the guesthouse, the TV and air conditioning switches must be returned. When leaving the guesthouse, please close the doors and windows. The use of the air conditioning (air conditioning) equipment is permitted only during your stay in the guesthouse, behind closed windows and doors.
  • The accommodation can only be used by the aggreed number of guests in advance. We provide a high chair for infants upon prior notice.
  • The accommodation provider has the right – without prior notice – to check whether the number of guests staying at the accommodation is the number announced or paid for in advance.
  • Our guests can receive visitors during the day (between 8 AM and 22 PM) by prior arrangement with the host.
  • Pets are not allowed in the guesthouse.
  • In the event of loss of the keys provided, guests are obliged to report it immediately and reimburse the cost of the keys and the cost of changing the lock to the accommodation provider.
  • The accommodation provider is not responsible for any material damage or accidents resulting from improper use.
  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by improper use, and the damage must be compensated directly to the accommodation provider.
  • Violation of the rules may result in banning, theft, damage to objects, or other measures.
  • If any problems arise during your stay in the guesthouse or with your room, please notify the host immediately. We cannot accept any subsequent complaints!
  • It is forbidden to take the guest house's furnishings out of the house! The guest house will be inspected upon arrival and departure. In case of any damage, we will settle the damage with the guest on site.
  • The accommodation provider is not responsible for valuables left at the accommodation. The protection of valuables and objects belonging to the guesthouse is the responsibility of the guest.
  • The accommodation fee includes utility fees and other overhead costs, bed linen with covers, weekly change of bed linen and towels for stays over a week, and final cleaning.
  • Please place wet clothes and towels on the appropriate clothes dryer and not on the guesthouse railings or chairs, etc. Please pay attention to order and cleanliness. When leaving, please do not leave unwashed dishes or trash in the guesthouse or room.
  • There is a small sewing box and umbrella in the hallway closet.
  • You will find a small first aid kit in the hall cupboard. In case of a major emergency, call the emergency number 112.
  • In case of fire, immediately start the rescue with the powder extinguisher located in the designated place and call the fire department on 105 and then the accommodation provider.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guesthouse! Smoking is allowed in the designated area in the yard!
  • Guests receive the guesthouse clean, but they are responsible for cleaning it themselves during their stay!
  • Household waste can be collected in the trash can in the kitchen. If it is full, place it in the trash can in the yard! Another trash bag is in the kitchen cupboard.
  • Meals: The guesthouse has a well-equipped kitchen. Please keep it clean! Do not put metal containers in the microwave!
  • Parking: You can park in the closed yard free of charge!
  • There is a designated area for cooking and grilling in the yard. Fires may only be lit there, in calm weather, and with a bucket of fire extinguishing water. After lighting a fire, we ask guests to remove trash, clean the equipment, and extinguish the embers.
  • To ensure the peace of guests and neighbors, it is forbidden to make noise, play music or listen to music in the guesthouse between 10 PM and 8 AM.
  • 24-hour telephone emergency service - "The service provider is available by phone 24 hours a day".
